This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of any Service Agreement and continue for a period of five (5) years from the date of disclosure.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in project delays and additional costs, for which Hezeju Tech shall not be liable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hezeju Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our Site or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Either party may terminate a Service Agreement:
Upon termination, you shall pay all fees due for services rendered up to the effective date of termination. Sections regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification shall survive termination.
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental actions, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or failure of telecommunications or internet infrastructure. The affected party shall provide prompt notice of such circumstances and resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in Pingxiang, Jiangxi Province, and the language of arbitration shall be English or Chinese, as mutually agreed.
These Terms, together with any applicable Service Agreement, Statement of Work, or other written agreements executed by both parties, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hezeju Tech regarding the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its intent to the greatest extent possible.
No failure or delay by either party in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof. A waiver of any breach or default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
